Discover Hata Yoga
Among the disciplines we practice is Hata Yoga, perhaps the best known discipline in the West, which consists of a series of physical exercises (Asana), which are the most central and important, but also breathing exercises (Pranayama), which are combined with meditation techniques. Hata Yoga benefits the body, particularly the back and muscles, but also the diaphragmatic breathing, as well as the mind and spirit, inducing states of relaxation and concentration, working on states of anxiety, insomnia and depression.
