Meri Maat: breakfast and tea room
Meri Maat is the breakfast room and tea room of the Finis Africæ Resort in Senigallia. The name of the room means "loved by Maat", and it is precisely to the goddess Maat that it is dedicated. Maat is the Ancient Egyptian goddess of justice: she controls the proper balance between the heart and the energy that must circulate in it with her scales. Through food, the Egyptians offered the gods the positive energy flowing in their hearts.
In the morning, the breakfast buffet is prepared with natural ingredients, fruits and aromas that come from our land, our knowledge and the care we take in bringing them from their place of origin to Meri Maat. When the summer illuminates our resort, the spaces in the dining room expand, opening onto the panoramic terraces where you can have breakfast with a view of our hills.

An inviting tearoom
When the heat gives way to the cooler autumn breeze, Meri Maat becomes a tearoom in the late afternoon. In addition to the wide choice of the coffee bar, you can enjoy an infusion or a hot beverage with a selection of homemade sweet and savoury baked goods, prepared with the best ingredients, selected from the garden and orchard of Finis Africæ.
Savour every moment
Tea has for centuries been the drink not only of ordinary people, but of kings and emperors: it brings each of us back to a simpler, slower dimension and allows us to savour every moment. Long is the path that leads every single tea leaf to the cup of Meri Maat, just as the path that a glass of wine takes, from our hills to the aperitif, which can always be enjoyed in our lounge, is short.
