CONVIVIUM


We have dedicated our new restaurant to the celebration of conviviality and the pleasure of sitting at the table in a refined, welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The professionalism of the service, the refinement of the environment and the talent of our Food Artist, Simone Musu, are expressions of the quality we want to offer our guests. 
The name MeM derives from the letter “M” of the Phoenician alphabet, a sacred letter that also identifies the term “water”. MeM, in fact, is reflected in the exotic blue of our pool surrounded by palm trees.

The Restaurant

The Convivium concept poposes the idea of a place ehere everyone is welcomed and can feel at ease. Like at home, at MeM you can choose your favorite dish, taste the best wine and be pampered in a unique and fascinating atmosphere. Ideal setting for an event, an aperitif or a simple coffee. At sunset the lights in the room redesign the atmosphere in which the spectacle of water set in the large garden gently cradles the passage of time.

The restaurant is designed to make the experience of being welcomed in a minimal chic environment, made so by the clean and geometric lines of the Jewel Table, in which absolute black is combined with a gold insert that gives sophistication to the minimalist rigor. Gold is also a sign of hope and prosperity, not just material. For the time in which our guests remain at the MeM, they are welcomed in the aMica (friend) chair: like every other detail, this has also been created to be an integral part of the them concept of the room: conviviality. It was then carefully made by skilled artisans from the Marche region.

The Executive Chef

Simone Musu with innate talent directs the cusine of the MeM restaurant. A young Food Artist with significant international experience built alongside great masters, such as Alain Ducasse and Antonino Cannavacciuolo, he perfected his skills in highly prestigious venues: Villa Crespi, Armani Nobu in the world, Bulgari Hotel in Milan. His professionalism has also found space and enrichment in other prestigious venues in Europe, Australia, the United States and Asia.

Having committed himself with deep dedication to nurture his passion for author cuisine, he now puts his eclectic sensitivity to discover the values of the Marche region, offering original and creative dishes that interpret the culture of local food. Use the freshness of the herbs present in the garden of Finis Africæ with great care, dedicated to “Le Aromatiche, meticulously cared for by our botanical expert, and follow the natural alternation of the season in the choice of the ingredients.
